These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sarwat Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Platform

Sarwat is a technology platform that consolidates your corporate financial holdings and provides AI-powered analysis. Sarwat is not a financial institution, bank, or investment advisor. All investment and distribution services are provided by Finclude Systems (Private) Limited, a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and operating under its regulatory guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be a duly authorized representative of a corporate entity to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the authority to bind your company to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws, including SECP regulations and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Foreign Exchange Manual.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to transmit any malicious code or harmful content.

4. Third-Party Services and Data

The Platform integrates with third-party financial data sources through the Sarwat.io open finance infrastructure. Your use of these services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. The data provided is for informational purposes, and while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that it is always complete or up-to-date.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI advisor provides analysis and recommendations based on the data you have provided. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on this information. Always consult with a qualified advisor before making financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including the Sarwat logo and trademarks, are the property of Sarwat Systems (Private) Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarwat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
